Hi Orsolya Forster here are some screenshots, so you can see the acordions are displaying in the Sinch MessageMedia placement but not in the Sinch Engage one. 

I've noticed that when I place articles in multiple sections/ help sites the content copies across correctly but some of the custom html (specifically accordion lists) does not. Is this a known issue and is there a workaround/ improvement coming to address this? 

Are there any plans to add functionality that enables admins to add a new section, without navigating away from the article they are editing/ creating?
