3. Salesforce Integration should have option to Match on External ID for Users and Orgs

This is blocking our ability to implement and make use of the integration. This is a major oversight by Zendesk. When do you plan to add this?

I agree with the above and I'm very surprised that the follow-ups do not inherit the previous tickets group and assignment by default
