3. Preserve Group and Assignee for user-generated follow-up tickets

I wonder how Zendesk guys solve this issue in their support. The fact that a follow-up to a closed ticket doesn't preserve the initial group is mind-boggling.

Great product but the price is inadequate. It should be not more than 10 cents not 1$ per resolution.

At least some explanation from Zendesk why this feature hasnt yet been implemented would be appreciated.
