Customer`s view should include a column "current agent"

Dear Zendesk,

if a customer is logged in into his account, he currently is not able to see in the list of his tickets/activities, who took which ticket. Therefore there should be added a column "current agent", so the customer can see who is working on his ticket.

We'd love some customization available for this as well. In our case, the Assignee wouldn't be the preference, but another field would.
