Push notifications not coming through

Hi
My colleague has an iPhone and she is not constantly receiving the push notifications for tickets updated or new tickets. Our business depends on answering this very quickly.
I have an Android and have a similar issue with some of the notifications.
We have installed and uninstalled the app, go in a deep dive of the notification settings. Can you please help. Thanks

You might have missed out on some of the configurations for push notifications for the app.
