Question about "Business rules" → Support Essential Plan

Hello

I have purchased Support Essential, and try to set "send email to user group" on trigger action, but I can't find something like that.

Is it possible to set it on my Essential plan? Or, If I upgrade to team plan, it will be possible to do?

Hi Michael, 

The Essential plan offers only a limited set of conditions and actions for triggers, so you may need to upgrade to the Team plan in order to create the trigger you're seeking to build.
