Changing the Owner of a Company Contact and their Employees

Hello, 

Like the title says, we need to find a way to reassign the owner of a company and also have the employees under this company also be reassigned. 

As it stands, if I upload 1000 contacts and 500 of them are a company and the other 500 are employees of those companies, I will need to bulk assign the 500 companies and then go back to the employees and assign the owner one by one. 

Solution: Make it an option when assigning new ownership to the company contact if the employees will also be reassigned.
