Accessing audio streams in real time

Hello, 

Has anyone found a work around or 3rd party solution to grabbing the audio streams from Zendesk Talk product in real time? 

I'm aware that Zendesk Talk is powered by Twilio audio, however I'm looking for a possible solution to access these audio streams programatically on the backend in real time.
