Restricting Notes on articles to specific user groups

Our team uses Paligo to publish documents to our Help Center. Within Paligo, you're able to publish certain portions of an article to certain user segments defined in the Help Center, but when you publish the article, everyone is able to see the portion that is supposed to be hidden to people outside of a certain user segment. This causes the team to have to publish multiple articles on the same topic, but with portions of the articles left out on one of the pages because that comment is for internal employees only.

So long story short, is there going to be a way to publish an article, and the Help Center recognize that a comment/note on an article is only meant to be seen by certain user segments?

I completely agree with this post, Hawk Swearingen. We too need the ability to restrict certain portions of articles to certain segments of users (e.g. internal and external). The only current workaround we have in our environment is to make multiple articles - each having the same basic information but slightly different based on a user's permissions.
