Viewing closed deals from deleted Agents

Hi,

We need to be able to create smart lists that contain deleted Agents.

When a sales Agent leaves the business, we reassign all current deals, leads contacts etc. as per the reallocate-delete function, but this leaves us with no easy way to look at deals closed by the previous Agent.

How do others deal with this?

Hi Roland,

If you want to preserve past activity history for any user you should deactivate that user instead of deleting them. A help article that describes this in much more detail is here.

I will now refrain from using "delete" for agents leaving the Company. Lesson learnt.
