    I am really disheartened to read all the posts here and the limited ability that triggers has. This function is two years old and STILL only has triggers for deals. I feel like Zendesk updates the Sell arm of the programs the least out of all the others. I feel like triggers needs to get some fucus, as it has such huge potential to make navigating Zendesk easier. For example, if there was a trigger for when a customer status changes, that would be helpful.
