Answer bot: Exclude articles via label

We would like the ability to exclude certain articles from the results suggested by Answer Bot. This could be done through the use of labels such as do_not_use_for_answer_bot.

The reason this is important is that we have many articles in our help center and some of them are irrelevant for user requests but are regularly suggested by Answer Bot. In order to avoid this, a label to exclude such articles would be helpful.

Hey Mareile Horn,

Today we support the use of labels in Answer Bot by only including articles with certain labels. We don't have it on our roadmap right now to support an exclusion label like you've described, but thank you for the feedback.

Plus one on this, it is not scalable to have 'only include' option with labels, I have only a few articles I need to exclude from AB and we're not going to label 236 articles just for that.

I'm also in on this and would love to exclude articles as there are not as many of these as there are articles that we want recommended. Amy Spagnolo a Zendesk agent helped me today letting me know that you can bulk update those 236 articles instead of having to do them individually. We also have many articles and were not keen on adding the label individually.
