Display Triggers and Automations in the conversation?

Hi there,
Simple question here, we would like to know and see the triggers/automations applied to each tickets simply as a little sentence in the conversations on our zendesk agent client.
Is there an app that does that? Or a function I could activate in the settings to do so?
