Thanks for your feedback. I’ve captured this for consideration on our future roadmap. At this stage I can’t provide any specific timing, but we will look at it once we’ve deliver the much requested export team members and bulk manage product access/roles.

Zendesk wrote the Plugin Advanced Search, and while it's not perfect, in terms of versatility for search, that should be the bar for the TEAM MEMBERS page, from my point of view. The current filter functionality is, well, a start, but it's not far out of the start gates.
