More options for tickets access / Tickets Accessibility options

Hi,
I would like to make support agents able to restrict access of the ticket to specific person or group of customers. Currently, the only options in access drop down list are the following: the customer can see all tickets from same organization or only his tickets.
Also, we would like to provide our end users the ability to lock (hide) specific tickets from other end users in the same organization (using a checkbox).
