End User IP Address & User Agent Are A Must Have In Messaging

Hi,

Switching from Intercom, we had clear visibility over the end user's IP address and browser information such as user agent.

Without this information, our entire cyber security apparatus falls apart and our agents are left exposed to attackers.

How can we get this information for every end user that contacts us via Messaging channel?
