BETA- viewing requests does not automatically refresh the screen once cleared

In the new help center BETA requests view - our clients cannot refresh the screen - it does not auto refresh when they try to search for tickets or clear the filters they've set - hitting the refresh in the browser does not work. We had to turn it off - our clients could not see their tickets once turned on.
