Hello,
It is really costing us SO MUCH time that you cannot copy sequences or templates in Zendesk Sell. We use those features a lot, but it's hard to convince new team members to do the same if it always takes forever for them to set up all the personalised templates and sequences for themselves.
Surely we're not the only ones with that problem?

Also an issue for us. A duplicate options would be useful and I was surprised it doesn't exist

I have the exact same issue. Highly frustrating for something that is as frequently used as this and could be a real low hanging fruit to fix
We need the ability to duplicate entire sequences and email templates
