Zendesk SMB User Group Presents CXinco de Mayo

I was so excited to host the Zendesk SMB User Group's inaugural meeting, CXinco de Mayo, on May 5, 2023!

This virtual event celebrated the latest customer experience trends for small businesses in 2023, insights gleaned from the Zendesk CX Trends Report. We highlighted topics from the report, including:

• The importance of data-driven decision making
• How conversational customer experience is changing the game
• Risks associated with not providing personalized customer journeys

The event also included a Q&A session, as well as opportunities for attendees to network with other small business owners (and an amazing recipe for Watermelon Margaritas).

The event was a great success, and attendees also appreciated the opportunity to network with other small business owners.
