Possible to create average tickets hourly but in 2 hour chunks?

Hi there, we currently have a report that displays the average hourly tickets but we'd prefer to have it display the average in 2 hour chunks. I know that I can do every other hour but it isn't calculating in the averages for the hours not selected.

 

Possible to do?

Hi Matt,

This is possible by Organizing values by groups and sets. You may create a report similar to what was suggested in this article and replace the Ticket created - Hour attribute creating a new set of groups. Please see the attached screenshot. 



I hope this isn't too confusing, but in Explore, there's a feature called "Group" that lets you consolidate multiple values into fewer values. You can apply this feature to any available attribute, including Ticket Group.
