Can I customize the script to control Ticket Field's value and layout, etc

As shown in the title, I want to customize the script to control the values and layout of the fields in my Ticket
Can Zendesk achieve this

For example, I have 3 custom fields
all version:A drop-down type field、Store version information
trial version:A text box
free trial:A checkbox
When "free trial" is selected, "trial version" is specified as the first version in the "all version" drop-down
I seem unable to set such an action in the trigger

Hi Qiang,
If I understand this correctly, If the "Free trial" field which is a checkbox custom field is checked, the value of the custom dropdown field "All version" will be set to "Trial version".

I don't want to assign the value of all version to trial version,What I want is to assign the last value in the drop-down box to trial version
for example:
if all version :1.0 2.0 3.0 .4.0
trial version = 4.0
if all version :1.0 2.0 3.0 .4.0 5.0
trial version = 5.0

It is indeed impossible to implement from a trigger, so I want to know if Zendesk can customize script code to control all of this..
I see that there are places where JQuery JavaScript can be used, which can be implemented by taking values from the HTML... But this is not very good..
