Displaying duplicate articles in reports

已回答

已于 2023年9月15日 发布

In my Help Center, I have two articles with the same exact title and content that are in different categories of the Help Center. In Explore, I want to track the views of each of these articles to see how they differ, but in the report, only one of the articles appears. I'm not sure if the report combines the views of both articles since they have the same title or what. Is there a way to manipulate the report to make sure it shows both articles, even if they have the same name?

Hi Sam,

You are correct! Identical articles should not be combined because they will have different article IDs. It's worth considering whether the other article may have been recently created, which could explain why you are only seeing one article in the report.

Regarding data synchronization and updates, if you are using Explore Lite, please be aware that data sync occurs once daily. On the other hand, if you are on a Professional or Enterprise plan, data typically updates one hour after the most recent update has finished. In some cases, this process may take up to two hours to complete. These timing factors can also influence what you observe in the report.
