Use Korean phone numbers in Korea

Currently, the company is in South Korea, and we are using CTI through external companies.
As far as I know, Zendesk Talk is currently not available in Korea using a Korean phone number (ex. 02-000-0000). When will it be possible to send a call to a Korean phone number in Korea?

We currently offer numbers from South Korea, toll-free numbers are available upon request. If you are interested, please reach out to our Zendesk Customer Support.
Other phone number offerings such as local, national or mobile in Korea are not available at this time.

In Korea, when a customer receives a call through an international number regulation (ex. 82020000000) rather than a regular phone number, the customer recognizes it as voice phishing or spam and does not answer or trust the call.
