Feature Request: Missed Call Leg trigger

Hi Team,

It would be amazing to have a Missed Call Leg trigger. That sends an email/slack any time a call is missed and pushed to another associate. We are currently limited to call disposition which does allow us to see when contacts are missed by one agent and pushed to another. 

This will help us with coaching and associate time management.
