Add pagination to view more than 30 Sections worth of articles

According to the support agent I spoke to, the main Guide sections page is limited to 30 sections, even if you add the {{pagination}} code.  This is due to a limitation in the API.

I am requesting that the API be updated to include pagination so that we have as many Sections and articles as work for our business.
