Ability to create sub-ticket for a larger task

If a request is too large and needs multiple agents to work on it, there should be an ability to create sub requests by the agents to split it and assign sub-tickets to other agents.

Some of our teams use the Linked Ticket add-on https://www.zendesk.com/marketplace/apps/support/6272/linked-ticket/?queryID=d994120ea7e69b300213c435af1930f9

You can also accomplish this by using Side Conversations. Within a ticket, if you click on the additional actions, you can generate a child ticket. You have to be using Side Conversations to use this feature, I believe.
