Permissions to tickets based on groups

Hi,
I have a scenario where I want to be able to govern the permissions to specific tickets.
Every agent should be allowed to view (read only) the tickets in group1 and members of group1 should have full access to the tickets. How can I accomplish that?

Hey Rasmus Lynggaard -
Since Agents are generally considered a privileged access role, there really isn't a way to prevent them from seeing, but not updating, requests. I would suggest documenting more of your use case here and/r in the Support Feedback section of the Zendesk Community, as others may have come up with additional workarounds or share in your unique challenge. Hope this helps!

A really great idea. This will give additional options for the daily business of agents, power user etc..
