Announcing OpenID Connect EAP

We're thrilled to share that we're working on an exciting new feature for Zendesk in the world of Trust and Safety. 

Introduction/brief summary: This EAP will give you the ability to set up SSO using OpenID Connect. OpenID Connect is a method for SSO that’s considered an industry standard and is highly trusted as it’s built on the OAuth 2.0 framework.

Details: Customers who join the EAP will gain access to an OpenID Connect configuration form under the Single Sign on page in Admin Center, once configured they can assign it for agents or end users to use when they sign in to Zendesk.

We need your involvement to make this feature the best it can be.
