Assistance Needed with Labels for Search Recommendations

I’ve applied labels to Help Center articles, carefully following all the instructions provided in the Knowledge Base. However, I’m still not seeing any improvement in search recommendations within Live Chat or the Help Center.

Can someone help me identify what might be going wrong or provide additional guidance?

In addition to the labels you've included in your articles, there are additional factors to take into account for enhancing the search results of your articles. Please refer to our documentation that outlines other elements utilized in the search algorithm - About help center end user search.
