Additional improvements related to the 'Redaction Suggestion' feature
1. Personal information other than email address should also be masked (resident registration number, credit card, etc.)
- Since it is not currently applied as a Korean standard, it should be improved so that the format can be specified by the admin.
2. Because Redactable personal information is currently being proposed and the agent has to manually redact,
Need to improve so that personal information redacting itself can be automatically
3. You should be able to apply that feature on the chat (Messaging) channel
