Missing the Ability to Attach Videos in the ZD Support Mobile App

After extensive back-and-forth with ZD support, it appears that attaching videos to tickets via the Zendesk Support mobile app isn’t possible. Has anyone found an efficient workaround for easily attaching videos to a ticket from a mobile device?
