One possible way to do this might be to create a Trigger that looks for these newly-created incoming tickets from your ticket form, that would use a webhook to call the Create Many Tickets endpoint in our API, and using Placeholders to supply information from the ticket to the API call. Here's some documentation that should be helpful:
- Triggers resources (in case you haven't set up your own triggers before)
- Creating webhooks in Admin Center
- Zendesk Support placeholders reference
- Create Many Tickets API endpoint
You can coordinate with your development team as requires customization or you can reach out to your AE if you want to hear more about our Professional Services as they can build custom apps or workflows for functionalities that are not native to Zendesk. We encourage you to add this as product feedback here in the community to engage with other users who have similar needs and discuss possible workarounds. Conversations with a high level of engagement ultimately get flagged for product managers to review when they go through roadmap planning.
