I seriously do not understand, why you removing a functionality announced here https://support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/5359840638362?page=1#comment_5869210602266 and then you do not over an API to retrieve the data.
The view original email is not only important to see the email address, but also the content of an email as sometimes you do not see the content of the email in the ticket e.g. when a person replies inline.

In that article you sent it says the following:
Limitations for ticket redaction
Ticket redaction includes the following limitations:
- Redaction for messaging tickets does not work for messages created before April 2022. If the ticket contains sensitive information, the tickets will have to be permanently deleted.
Can you confirm that this is updated and that you can redact documents from tickets created before April 2022?

I have the same question as Bilal, we need to redact attachments that we have in tickets 2017-2019 can that also be done with the agent work space?
