Agreed! We always need to send out mass communications and it would be handy to have a BCC option in ZD rather than going back into our e-mails to send it through there.

We are using Safari - that is good know, we will try using chrome!

There were mixed reviews for Grammarly so we haven't tried it yet. Thanks for your feedback :)

Zendesk spellcheck

Would be great for Zendesk to integrate spell check. Having to re-read to ensure no spelling errors or typos takes a bit of extra time. From other user's feedback, the apps available don't work well with Zendesk.
