Bulk Sync

I would like to have bulk sync without having to export and import all the data from and into SFDC.

We used to have this option with the old integration and now we don't.

I don't have admin access to SFDC and it's just a hassle to do that every time.

Lou, thanks for you reply! 

The target is dynamic according to the context of the ticket.

I guess I would have to created different triggers for different contexts.

Add internal notes as part of ZD automation

It would be very helpful if you had an option to add an internal note via ZD automation and triggers.
