On the Team plan. Is there a way to search for tickets created in a certain date range but only find tickets that were modified before or after certain times of day? For example, all tickets created from Jan 1 to Jan 7 that were modified before 8am or after 5pm. (outside business hours)

I don't see a way to do that with the search parameters on this page.

We have an online form that uses API to email and create a ticket. From what I understand these tickets have to be created by an agent account and then assigned to that agent. The problem is when that agent is out of the office he has to be the one to reassign it. Since he is the only one getting notification about it. Is there a way to automatically unassign it from him so other agents see it without checking? Triggers do not seem to have that ability.

Ok got it. It's been awhile. Looks like it's not possible to view the contents of the deleted tickets which was what I was looking for. Thanks,

I tried to make a view and looked through insights but didn't see how to do that. I can't find an option for status "deleted". Can you elaborate?

There are several OLD threads about recovering or viewing deleted tickets.  If at the very least we could VIEW deleted tickets we could see what was deleted by accident and re create it.
