I agree with the request made by Kristin.

We have many end users that actually still prefer to see things on paper. So, a proper ability to print to PDF would be very beneficial.

As we get further into the knowledge base and realize we need to adjust the folder structure, it does get annoying to not be able to move bulk articles from one folder the next. I have a couple hundred articles and to do each on separate is super annoying and a huge time waster.
