I Agree with the posts here.  There needs to be a way to take a view and quickly filter tickets in my view to find what I need.  Creating new views is not the right answer, as these filters should be available within the view, set up on a per-user, per session basis. If there was a way to embed parts of the advanced search tool into the ticket view to filter tickets would be a lifesaver and would make it easier to get around the limit of 12 top-level views for a user.  

I agree with everything said here by the other users.  I feel that views as a whole need a total revamp, but starting here would help solve a very annoying issue for new and existing users. 

+1 from me that this needs to get fixed.  I have to do a lot of copying and pasting into other systems for executive reports. Having to export the data to excel (because copying tables out of Explore is awful) and having to remake the report as a pivot table in Excel is painful. Not to mention a big step back from Insights/Good Data.
