Can we filter or attach a tag to tickets through google play using the info passed on from google play to Zendesk. Does anyone have any workaround?

To enable multi-language support for Goole Play reviews, we will require a feature to add tags based on device language. If the same can be done for app version, OS, etc. Referring to the Zendesk app - Google play reviews, this information is already captured. It is just that we need tags, or some other workaround so that it can be segregated via triggers/automation/views.
The current workaround I'm doing is identifying the most used keywords from different languages to segregate apps based on language. For eg: if the subject/body contains Beuna, Hola, etc. it will be identified as Spanish and segregated accordingly. It's a very dirty way and misplaces a lot of tickets.
