@... when you've created the attribute you can use it in all of your queries. Useful, but not the same as native functionality.
I have no idea how hard to implement this would be, but if it's possible to 'make the system do it' via the workaround it must be possible to make it do it natively.

@... are you aware of this work around?
It's annoying that you have to use a workaround when Insights has this as default, but it does work. However it doesn't work in Drilllthrough.

Posting as suggested by @....
I would like all ticket IDs to become clickable links to the ticket as default behaviour. I'm aware that this can be worked around using html, but only in queries and not as part of a drillthrough.
This is currently a major reason for me not to swap from Gooddata and Insights, where this functionality is native.

I'm also trying to build something similar, but with a headline that reports the oldest ticket age (since creation) in days. Ideally clickable to display the ticket.
@... did you manage to get what you wanted done?

Katina that is also a very frustrating problem. I've worked around it by making agent groups with just the people I want to receive the query and scheduling a dashboard email to that group. It is far from ideal.

Totally agree with Terry, I really want to move to Explore but I keep finding things that GoodData does better, or that Explore doesn't do at all (another example is the seemingly hard coded limit of 50,000 rows in a query that only exists in Explore).
