Hi,

Using insights before there is a way to list and sort out all the metrics. In explore I do not see a way or a view where you can see when the metric was created or last updated. Is this something someone has a workaround?

How can you make "Title shown to end users" appear different on other forms? i.e.

Form 1: Subject = Topic of your request

Form 2: Subject = Issue

Form 3: Subject = Short Summary

Needed this feature too. It will really help and not let you loose track of CCs items. Not good when you loose track.
