Currently both the "To" and "From" fields have hidden information.  There's a nice and convenient "Show more" link to display more information.  However, clicking it only shows the hidden information for the "To" field.

Getting access to the hidden information for the "From" field is incredibly unintuitive.  Apparently you expect me to just know I need to click on the person shaped icon to open up the "Essential Card" on the far top right of the page, which is far away from the piece of information I can clearly see and want more information about.

Why not make the "From" field clickable and it opens up the Essential Card panel?  Or just make the "Show more" link show both.  Or maybe "Show more" shows more information about both AND has an additional link that opens up the Essential Card panel?

My main point is that access to the information I need should be accessible near the item I need more information about.

I have my macros sorted in a very particular order.  I have categories of my macros.  In each category everything is sorted by how often they are used.  This allowed me to access my macros very quickly.

I logged into Zendesk today and found out that my macros are sorted in alphabetical order.  Why would you change that?  Is this a bug?  How do I change it back to its custom order?

If it helps, when I go to manage my macros they are correctly sorted.
