Thank you very much.

 

"Add a comment" box is at the top of comments.

 

I made the change to request_page.hbs. Because my customer would like to add his comments to requests quickly. 

I moved the part (lines from 67 to 107 in left side of screenshot below) to above the code '

    ' as shown in right side.

     

    Please let me know if you notice anything.
