Hello,

I integrated my cookie consent script at the very head of the document_head.hbs file. However, we have google analytics integrated through the Zendesk Guide UI ("Guide Settings"), and the google tag fires before my cookie consent script.

Where/how does the google analytics Zendesk Guide integration inject code? I think this should be covered in your article because it is likely the biggest use case for anyone who uses google analytics on their help center sites, but it won't be picked up by cookie consent tags because they fire after Google Analytics.

Hello,

We use Conversions ("Goals") in our Chat reporting. Now that Explore is Zendesk's central analytics solution, could you please explain how we can view Conversions within an Explore report? I don't see "goals" or "conversions" as an available metric when building out my Explore query.

Hello, just resurfacing the topic of chat conversions in Explore. Now that GoodData is expired, when can we expect Online conversions from chat to be a metric available to Explore?

To confirm - when you say "chat concurrency data", will this include all the metrics currently belonging to the "Chat Agent Activity" dataset, such as Logged in / Online / Chatting Duration by agent?

Hi Clay, 

Are you closer to a concrete release date for this 'Chat Agent Activity' dataset in Explore? Not to ask the same question as those above, but I know this is important data for many people that we can't afford to lose after Insights is retired in Feb. If I can't feel confident in an EOY release, I will have to pursue other options, so the earlier I know the better.

We rely heavily on 'Chat Agent Activity' metrics, which I am learning is not an available dataset in Explore like it was in Insights. What are my avenues for continuing to access this data once Insights is discontinued?
