Generative AI agent tools can only be used in written responses. Since the majority of our tickets are calls, we need to be able to exclude those tickets from the analysis of generative AI usage. Since call tickets are resolved much faster, it skews the results for the full resolution time in favour of the “No AI usage tickets”.

Do you have any information on when the Generative AI agent tools dataset will be expanded? For example we really need to be able to filter for ticket channel since the majority of our tickets are call tickets where these tools cannot be used. Since call tickets are resolved much faster than email and web tickets, it currently looks like not using Generative AI tools leads to much faster ticket resolution. The only way to get valid information would be to exclude call tickets from the analysis.

I am getting the "already contains aggregators" error message, however, the formula still works and returns the expected results. It is a double D_COUNT. If I replace the D_COUNT in the first formula with VALUE, the error message disappears but the result is empty. If I replace the D_COUNT in the second formula with SUM instead, I have the same issue. Is it safe to ignore the warning in that case?

Thanks, that worked. Unfortunately, it broke the language selection that we have in the footer – it was not possible to select a different language anymore. Any idea why?

I used dynamic content instead of the text:

The German translation right now is "angesagte Beiträge" which means either "announced contributions" or "hip/popular contributions" in a sort of old fashioned colloquial way.

It's also not the only translation in the Guide that is a little odd or even incorrect. We regularly get feedback from our Polish customers and colleagues that there are language mistakes in the widget. It would just be nice, in general, if there were a way to edit texts/translations in Guide/widget.

Nice feature. Is it possible (or will it be possible) to adjust the displayed heading? "Featured articles" is fine but the German translation is a bit funny.

Are there more updates coming to this page? The order by most recent update is not working for me. We have many groups and it is really hard to find the ones I'm looking for when I cannot order them alphabetically.

I think this might be because you are using "sum" as an aggregator. So it just adds up all the IDs.

The Web Widget has some standard texts, that are not customizable (e.g., the heading on top of the search result). It would be very nice to be able to change those texts, especially since some of the translations provided by Zendesk are incorrect (e.g.,"Czołówka wyników" in the example below).
