Have to agree with the above comments here. This is really frustrating since I want to be able to revive On-hold tickets back to Open status (After giving customer couple of days to see if the issue reoccurs) but I don't want to re-open the tickets attached to Problems.

@... - I have tried using Power Automate but not for side conversations, just ticket updates. I have found sometimes it doesn't always hit the Power Automate service. I am not sure if it is still in preview and they are still working out the kinks.

At present side conversations (Collaboration add on) only supports email and Slack. We use Microsoft Teams and would love the same basic functionality as we can see with Slack. Please make this happen.
