New Agent Workspace - Ticket Tab

Ticket tabs for our team work more efficiently with the Ticket Number and the Ticket Subject. At minimum at least add the option to display Ticket Number and Requester Or Ticket Number and Ticket Subject. Doing so would enhance the agents experience.

The agent experience would be enhanced if there is an option to change the view from "oldest to newest" or "newest to oldest". This update would allow the agents more options to organize their workspace.

100% agree our team needs the ticket subject back in the tab title or the option to use Ticket Subject and Ticket Number or Requester and Ticket Number
