Sorry to necropost, but MacOS's built-in Text Replacement functionality (search “replacement” in System Settings) no longer works in the textareas for ticket replies. They do elsewhere, like in the search bar, but that's a janky copy/paste workaround. Other tools like Alfred, and I suspect other 3rd party extensions, do work, but it'd be nice to use the available OS functionality.

I would really, really love to see the comments that users leave in views without having to dig into Explore or the tickets themselves.
