Under Performance Steps, it says "It is possible to write a custom script that ends a chat as soon as an account goes offline."
What/who exactly is "an account"? Would that be when the agent ends the chat?

We are currently in the process of building Explore dashboards for our Agents, Team Leads, and Managers to use. We want them to be able to see their daily metrics, our team's high-level metrics, etc.
As we come out with updated dashboards, we want to make sure the team is using them. Is there a way to see how frequently dashboards are being viewed, and by which users?

Hi there,
We currently don't use Play Mode and don't plan on implementing it at the moment. Is there a workaround to still try and track skipped tickets?
We were thinking of maybe creating a query that shows a list of outliers of the difference between time created and first assigned? Any other suggestions?
