Is there a way to use metrics, rows, and tables in Explore to generate a query that shows all tickets that have one attribute AND another attribute? I am trying specifically to find all tickets that have a specific tag AND a specific other tag.

Yup.  It would be really great to be able to pull large-scale csv's out of support with the native U.I., in the same way you can import in.
